These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Prime Appliance Service website (primeappliance.us) and the appliance repair services we provide. By using our Website, requesting a service call, or booking a repair with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Prime Appliance Service provides residential and commercial appliance diagnostics and repair in the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area, including Tempe, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Peoria, Glendale, Surprise, and surrounding cities. We service refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, microwaves, freezers, cooktops, range hoods, garbage disposals, ice makers, wine coolers, and other major appliances. Service availability and pricing may vary by location and appliance type.

2. Diagnostic Fee and Estimates

A diagnostic fee of $89 applies to all service calls. This fee is waived if you approve and proceed with the recommended repair. Estimates provided through our Website, by phone, or on-site are preliminary and based on the information available at the time. Final pricing is determined after on-site diagnostics and may change if additional issues are discovered during repair. We will inform you of any cost changes before proceeding.

All repairs performed by Prime Appliance Service include a 90-day warranty on labor. Parts carry a manufacturer warranty of up to 1 year, depending on the part and manufacturer. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts installed by our technicians. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, power surges, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear after repair.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit and debit cards, cash, and approved electronic payment methods. The diagnostic fee (if applicable) is due at the time of service, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with the repair.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount you paid for the specific repair in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of food due to appliance failure, lost income, or damage to property not directly caused by our technicians' negligence.
